“The human doesn’t want to be advised, or fixed, or saved.  It simply wants to be witnessed-to be seen, heard, and companioned exactly as it is.”

About Sarah

Sarah Dietrich, M.S.S.A, LISW-S

Psychotherapist for Adolescents, Adults, Couples, and Families

“Throughout my years of providing psychotherapy, and particularly in the last several years after moving into a private practice, I have come to the conclusion that one of the biggest challenges each of us faces is how to create a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic in a world that is hard and complicated.

From my own experience, I know that healing does not follow a linear path. Similarly, individual growth, change, and greater self-awareness can emerge when someone feels safe and supported.

With specialized training in Gestalt therapy, I take a relational approach when working with my clients. It is my hope that over time my clients gain an improved sense of well-being, and feel better connected not just to themselves, but also to others around them.”

While Sarah has extensive work experience in the field of eating disorders, she also specializes in the following areas:

Mood Disorders, Body Image , Self Esteem, Trauma, Parenting, Relationship Issues, Family Conflict, Divorce, Loss and Grief, Life Coaching, Life Transitions, Career Counseling, Peer Relationships, School Issues, Sports Performance, Coping with COVID-19
